I know what you’re going to say, this is a crafting blog. You are correct, it is. However, I feel like it should be all things creative and to apply makeup is creative. I was not paid to do this review or compensated in any way. I wanted to find a way to help a friend’s business out.
Disclaimer: I am not a makeup girl. I’m a jeans and teeshirt; let my hair lie where it dries kind of girl. However, Tori Belle’s magnetic liner and lashes really do make it easier. I haven’t worn mascara since I started wearing these lashes. That is one less product on my face.
I currently own three pairs of lashes: Wonderlash, Date Night and 9 to 5. My favorite is Wonderlash. They were a limited-time edition. I wear them sparingly because I love them so much.
Directions of use:
Step 1: Do your normal eye makeup. Do not use cream eyeshadows as it will not allow the magnets to work.
Step 2: Line your eyes with the magnetic eyeliner. Allow to dry completely. Then rinse and repeat. Okay, don’t rinse but repeat.
Step 3: This is the step to apply mascara if you like. That is completely optional though.
Step 4: Apply the eyelashes. I press down on the magnets to get them to adhere better. Also, you can squish the natural lashes and the magnetic lashes to get them to blend in better.
Step 5: Apply liner to the bottom lashes. I use a regular eyeliner for this. No need to use up all of your magnetic liner!
Step 6: Go about your day and enjoy your beautiful lashes.
If I can do this, anyone can do this. I grew up with five brothers and no sisters. So I didn’t have anyone to teach me about makeup. Everything I pretty much learned by trial and error. Like I said, I’m jeans and tee-shirt; lets my hair fall where it dries kind of girl.
If you want to get your hands on Tori Belle, you can do so here. Today would be an awesome day to do so since it’s National Lash Day. They are running an amazing bundle sale where you can get three pairs of lashes for $75.
