I am looking for different ideas for organizing our She-Shed for cheap. I don’t have the funds to do much with. However, thanks to the Dollar Tree, I was able to find an inexpensive way to have my little bottles of paint sitting out within my hand’s reach.
You could organize it by color family. You could use one stack for regular paints and then another for specialty paints. It literally only took me about five minutes total to make these. The best part, I won’t need to look through several totes just to find what I need.
Disclaimer: I did not come up with this craft. I found it in one of the many Facebook groups I belong to.
- Two or more wired napkin holders from Dollar Tree
- Zip Ties
How to make:
Take all of the tags off of the napkin holders.
Align the napkin holders together and then zip tie around. I put a couple on each side to make more stability. You can double stack them. I didn’t try to do a triple stack though.
Using scissors, not your fabric or paper scissors, cut the zip tie ends off.
Fill with paint and enjoy.
